Good Blog, as a fellow overweight 50 + businessman, I was wondering did you keep the running up this year. The 10 mile Bundoran run was my first ever competitive run last year. I found it quite tough, and I struggled for a few days afterwards, but I kept up the run and ran the full 26 mile Belfast Marathon in May, even raise a few quid for the Bundoran RNLI. So it is possible, I have dropped from 16 1/2 stone to just over 14 stone, and I still eat as much an drink the black stuff at the weekend. I hope you are motivated to keep it up. Good Luck
